Sunglasses aren't the kind of thing you want to be buying in seasons, ideally you want something timeless and built to last. This kind of eyewear was once the preserve of traditional brands, but with production technology becoming more accessible a number of newer brands have entered the market. Lowercase is New York’s only eyewear manufacturer, and potentially one of only a few operating in the US. Their operation is based in Brooklyn's Army Terminal, which has been converted for manufacturing and industrial use and currently houses a wide arrive of the city's up and coming makers.

The Lowercase team control everything from design to production and their focus on quality craftsmanship shows through in impeccable build quality.
